October 30, 2006 - Green

Till today we still cannot open the websites of “***.blogspot.com”. I found some proxy service to check the websites…some works, some not. Sorry if you didn’t see my comments. I only know how to find a proxy service, not a Hacker! ;)

I don’t know the exact reason. But this is not the first time that the Chinese lost the access to “blogspot” in China…. Hope our blogs’ future is like the sun and green leaves in the photo.

Hope is in our heart~~ for our freedom of speech, for our freedom of net-speech!!

Kris,
bloggers…a freed space where people can express what they think. thats the reason they blocked it. For us, freedom of speech is less. :( thats the Chinese characteristic.

yes,the government here controls the net. they blocked some “bad” websites for us to read, not only blocked the “blogspot”, and here we also cannot open many websites, mostly from abroad. like wiki, here we cant access to the Chinese edition.
:(
and thx for keeping visiting shanghai daily photo blog. So pity I cannot see your new photos since last Friday we lost the access.

I am sorry to hear that. Freedom of speech can be repressed but not erased. New ways will be found.
