This is the first time I want to post some food. )
Do you want to try this one?? ) mmmm…..what’s this red and oily dish?? It is called “Mao2 xue3 wang4″. Actaully I don’t know the origination of the dish’s Chinese name. It is a typical Chong2qing4 dish. The dishes from there means hot, lots of chili. Do you know hotpot?? yes, it came from Chongqing la ! This dish is also very hot, it is a dish of boiled blood curd and other stuff with spicy sauce. The ingredients include boiled duck blood curd, some haslet, eel slice, bean sprout, and celery. Of course lots of spicy sauce: ginger, chili, and chili oil, pepper.
The restaurant is called “Gan1 guo1 ju1″ which is a Gui zhou food big chain restaurant. Their chicken+bamboo skins+fuzhu hotpot is fantastic. I will show tomorrow. ) Here I found some useful information about the restaurants in Shanghai online, you could check it if you are planning to come to shanghai and try the food here.
(food is the most difficult theme for me to do,** phew…. hope I did this ok to understand. )

oh no, blood curd – Blood curd is almost unseen these days as it used to be very popular ten or fifteen years ago in Singapore, now many were informed it is high in cholestrol. So there are other substitutes;)

Very nice and graphic picture, but I’d rather not try it; it looks yucky. It’s just me.

Maybe its tasty. I like spicy food and the presentation looks great. Boiled duck blood curd might sound a little weird for us in Europe, but what do we care if we adore eating its liver, don’t we? I am very happy that you found this proxy Jing.

I like this line the most:
