It is difficult to choose which photo should be posted today. Actually I posted one view here earlier in May. I collected many views. But, which is the best typic one?? I am confusing for a long time……….But, time flies, flies, and flies…..I have to make the decision. Help me~~~
This view is from my bedroom in a sunny afternoon, in Dec. 2006. It is a very common view for me–one common citizen in this city. This presents part of me, and part of the real shanghai. Well, I still want to show more photos, but I know today it’s a bit busy day for us all, haha….globe travelling!! So, I choose one only. But if you want to see more of the view from my bedroom, here and here are another 2 photos. Enjoy your nice Friday and Nice&Happy Children’s day!!!

c’est surprenant , a Evry, c’est totalement interdit. mais c’est superbe, cela donne de la vie
it is surprising, has Evry, it is completely prohibited. but it is superb, that gives life
i like composition a lot..plus i think it documents your life
It is something I never get to see anymore. Many years ago almost everyone hung clothes outside to dry. Now, nobody has a clothesline to hang them on as everyone uses an electric or gas clothes dryer.
Wouldn’t it be different if you woke up in my house and looked out the bedroom window? My site shows what you would see.

I can see that “military” style is a fashion in Shanghai too:)
Jing I find this view fascinating! I was surprised by the way the jumpers are put to dry, very different system from our country!
This is my favourite too. You see, washing out of the window really mean that behind those windows there’s life
I see you have solar clothes dryers. The best kind!
Nice shot of the real life there. They put out the washing for drying like this outside some apartments in Singapore tooo.
I’m glad you posted this. Believe or not, I like this.
Hope it does not get dark when too many clothes are hung there:)
I love your photos and I especialy like to “discover” where you have put the copyright. it is always an adventure.
