Because of the work, it is busy out of my expectation….:( I have no time to take photos about shanghai these days, even no time to edit my blog….ur…. I will take a short break, and will try to start from next Theme day: Augest 1st.

So hot these days in Shanghai, the weather forecast said it was 38 degrees that day. Some chose to stay inside where the AC was on; some chose to stay outside naturally like those in the photo. Have a good weekend, my friends~~~

Do you know the food in this photo?? its Chou toufu(臭chou4 豆dou4 腐fu1) (= odorous bean curd) which is typical Chinese food. Most foreigners can not bear the odorous smell….but it is very delicious for us!! Wanna try it someday??

Very typical Shanghainese’s breakfast: right-hand is doujiang(豆浆)=bean milk; left-hand is youtiao(油条)=deep-fried twisted dough sticks.
