August 1, 2007 - Theme day: typical breakfast

kind of bread? Shanghai China. food

Hello~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I am back of course, still busy. But I am back from today on, haha…so afraid you guys would forget me….well, kidding~ :d No more time to chase the typical breakfast in shanghai since I posted the one before…. So, how to join this activity?? I found a bit lazy way to post this dim sum. It is not the typical breakfast, hehe, but it could be the breaskfast if you want..most people here will eat the “white steamed bread” as the breakfast….almost like this one.

Here is the links of those great CP blogs which also take part in this theme day too, check them you will find much more interesting food than you can image:

some dim sum - not exactly sure what it is, but it’ll do for me — can I spread a bit of jam on them?

We have also this white bread…but we don’t steamed instead we putted inside a big pan and added milk cover with the lid and let it the milk boiled…We called “Dampf Nudeln” and we will not eat as breakfast too but occasional as snack etc with strawberry syrop, vanilla cream or all the sweet thing…

Hey, I’ll eat dim sum for breakfast, sure. But the dim sum restaurant around the corner also sells chicken feet and that , I absolutely refuse to eat for any meal!!!
