Nan Cang Street is a very small and unknown street in shanghai. I went there last Saturday, and that was the first time I went there after I live here mor than 7 years.
That area belonged to the Nan Shi District few years ago, and now it belongs to Huangpu district, where the temple of City God and old shanghai street are. Lots of people know the French concession in Shanghai, but less people will go to explore the local Shanghainese area before 1945, when the city reunited the 3 parts. Nan Cang street belonged to the Chinese to govern at that time. And the street view is totally different from some other downtown streets. The building in the photo is not beautiful, even bit dangerous, but it’s the real corner of Shanghai History, which is disappearing in our view quickly.

Yesterday it rained bit; I went to the suppermarket after work. Long time that I didnt go out in the night; and I found there are lots of beautiful Christmas decorations along the streets. Very beautiful… Will upload soon.

Uh, busy busy busy~~~ I even have no time to shoot, to edit the photos, to upload the blog. God, busy life. After move to the new apt, I hope my life could calm down …. Took this picture last Saturday when I was in the gallery, it was very sunny day, and lots of people took out almost everything to bask, even the mood~~~

Old street in shanghai, which is called “nan cang jie” (南仓街). Walked there and when looked around, one of the old man saw my camera and told me : this place will be removed next year, like other old places in shanghai as well….
about Future is not far…
The New Year will be here soon, so I prepared some card for my lovely niece Amy. Recently Stitch is her favourite; I tried the Photohshop to make this picture. Hope she will like it…
