Summer in Shanghai is quite hot, and my European friends told me its just like the hell for them. Well, for us its hot too. But we just bear it, and try to get cool down with less clothes. On the streets you could meet many men topless, just like what I post today. Have a good Sunday~~ 
I remember when visiting London when it was hot. We were amazed that so many men were shirtless. But more amazing was the mattresses laying in the grass. Without air condition people would sleep in there garden.

Here in Mumbai, even in scorching heat, you will find young boys and men in sando wear, but usually not topless.
