Taken @ Fangbang zhong road, shanghai
Last Saturday I went out to my regular walk in the city. And I was surprised when I walked to this street. See?? So many booths were on the both sides of the streets; and normally it is forbidden to sell things on the streets in the downtown. But there lots of booths and lots of people. Most of the booths were selling the second-hand stuffs there; and the most interesting part for me was you could find things totally out of your imagination. Maybe influenced by the worse economic situation, less people wanted to buy.
Have a nice Saturday, my dear friends ~

I can remember when I took this one, it was last Saturday, a nice sunny day. I went out to the Temple of the City God by foot. On the way, I passed some old streets, like this one : fangbang road (方浜路), where there were more old houses last year. But now you only can find this kind of wall along the streets and within the walls all the hourse are tored down and seems some new buildings will be built in the future.
Nowadays you could find such kind of places a lot, the under construction sites. And when I walk on the old streets I was familiar with, the feeling is quite strange. I discussed this kind of phenomena with my friends. Personally, I dont like this kind large-scale removal. History is not only the knowledge we write down on the paper, it is also something we could touch and see in our life. Those old buildings could tell more stories in the past. I hope the camera can help me to memorize more.
Have a good Friday and good weekend ~

When I started to use the film camera to take the street photos. I found the most happy time is to wait for the results, and get more happiness from unexpected good photos.
I really cant remember when I took this one, maybe some day in the summer. Because I just got the developed roll today. And this is the first picture jumped into my eyes, and I could image my motivation at that moment. Cute, isnt it? Have a good day ~~~

This morning I was on the way to the office and just thought about the place I went to shoot recently and about my blog. I think maybe I should do some kind of series like what I did before about the people on the streets in the summer. Hm, I need some time to make it. Recently I post some photos I took in the Fuxing park, and I hope they help you to know it well. This is a view in the park too, the statues about Marx and Engals. I dont know how popular they are in the western country, but in China because of their theories about the Communisim almost everyone knows them. And their image for some of the Chinese are alike the God. For me, they were just 2 great scholars. Have a golden day ~~

Sorry for the absence because I got the serious cold since last weekend, and fever, cough and headache together came to me. I had to rest at home.
But I hope you had good time on the weekend.
In the big city, the green park is a very popular place for people. I like to go there when I have time, even just take a short walk there. I went to the Fuxing park the day after my lunch, it was a cloudy day and because its the working day, so only can find the old people and kids there. But the green grass is beautiful as usual.
