Last weekend I went to the old shanghai town area to take some photos. With the Shanghai 2010 Expo’s coming, lots of old lower houses were already demolished, and in the still existing rooms there are not many people left. Maybe its the developing progress of the city, but I still feel a little bit sad about the disapearing corners which carried the history of this city. We often say that we cant stop the wheels of the “society”. When we enjoy the modern life, we have to give up the old time. 
Hmmm…thats why we all take the cameras to memorize the history with our common eyes. Wish you have a colorful day~~
Hi Jing, Cute photo! I admire your courage to take photos inside the old residential area, I’ve tried to do so but always got the suspicious look from people, maybe it does disturb them for being seen living there where wheel of society has already run over it. Have a great evening!
