Taken @ somewhere nearby the Suzhou Creek, shanghai
Oh, oh, hope you don’t have the heart diseases.
The photo is a little bit red? hehe, yeah, still one picture from my last roll of Holga which I asked to be cross-processed. And it turned like this - very strong hue. Some of my friends told me they do not like this effect. But I kindly like it, its warm for the cold raining weather here.
The place in the photo is on the riverside of the Suzhou Creek, where the most parts are demolished to welcome the coming international Shanghai Expo. That was in this past Spring, a flickr friend from HK came to shanghai and we went out to take the snapshots around the interesting parts of the downtown. A friend was shooting something and I shot him.
Nice Thursday ~ yeah, tomorrow is Friday!!

Like the title…….” Shooting the shot”
No, I don’t have that disease, I have good health, thank you
I work for an very old company, started in the early 1900′s…it is now big and growing. For this current economical environment is unusual. My boss went to the hospital today. I am taking her job. Will have to train for six month to one year to learn everything. cannot travel international, now.
If I had three wishes from a genie in a bottle…. where would I go??? I think looking at the image, the sky is lighter the building windows and doors bring dark areas to the overall color and the larger dark figures do bring a sense of balance to that amazing red composition. It’s kind of strange I made some tea before looking at your photo…it was, african Red Tea. Then I seen you picture and looked at my tea ……wow, she is influencing even my tea with all this red creations.
I do like it and thanks for posting the picture and the technique behind the image..you share and help us grow and try new things.
your flickr friends ………are really wonderful, glad 4 you and glad 4 them 2
enjoy your friday SHDP girl….
