It was about 6:30pm when I took the photo. The policemen and those metropolice already were off work, so these illegal street food vendors appeared. They tried to get some business before the dark, also its the time that people who worked for the whole already felt bit hungry.  One side I pretty like this type of vendors, convenient and cheaper. But on the other side, they do make the environment dirty.
