Another long-time-ago photo again, now here its more cold, no more slippers. Jin’an Temple is a famous temple in the downtown. If you come over to Shanghai, if you have enough time, its a place to visit. And this is not the temple of course, its a beautiful and bit luxury department store SOGO, which is just besides the Temple. Good day ~

Yes, its a small alley very close to my office. I took it when I was taking my lunch break walk there. That day was pretty sunny after few rainy days. And people here like to take out things to get more sunlight, like here you could see the hanging quilt and also the bedding stuffs on the chair in the distance. For me it is quite a “shanghai feeling” street view….and how about for you?? Hm.. it is starting to drizzle outside again…Wish this weekend we could get better weather.

Now its the 9:17am in the morning, and I am sitting in the office, happily. Because today is a little bit sunny, and I can see the bright light coming through the windows. Each time when seeing the beautiful days, esp. in the cold winter I always want to go out to take a walk, in the park or the small streets.
Maybe the government wanted to show people the beautiful & cleanning city to the worl during the 2010 Expo. Now you could meet lots of construction work almost everywhere in this city. And surprising to see the disappearing old streets/ houese. The street on the photo is an old street where besides were the small local houses for many years. Now its gone and only can see the walls. Maybe few years later we could see some similar skyscapers here too, like the Jinmao or SWFC in the distance.

Yangshu pu road is a quite long but poor street in Yangpu District. But now you could find some galleries and “art space” there now, which are inside of the old factory buildings. From this photo, you maybe say its nothing there. But if you walk into this almost “invisible” entrance, you will find a very nice space where one of the taiwan architect tries to build the simple & beautiful & natural houses. I like it very much for inside you could find so many green plants. A greenland inside of the concrete jungle, super nice And wish you have the nice weekend ~~

Urrr…It seems that people dont like Holga photos?? hehe… I like this toy camera. It uses 120 film, and almost cant control the results, so the result is always full of surprises. I took this photo few months ago, but I still remember that day the weather was quite good and the sunset was very nice. And we went to the island 6 ( one great gallery in shanghai but now the old building is said to be tore down soon, so pity!! that is a very beautiful architecture. ) Have a nice day ~
