Do you know the string of candied haws? If you go to visit beijing or tianjin ( cities in the northern China), it is some very famous snacks. And we can see it in shanghai as well. Few years ago, the government start to inhibit people from selling anythings on the street without permission. So, here we saw this moving “bike-booth”.

Wish your health is quite good after having healthy food!

I will call this “mutton hills”.
Its very popular to eat hotpot in the winter in China. And I like their way to put the mutton; looks like some handcrafts.

If you have been in China, I am for sure you saw different types of street food in China. So, do you know “Ma la tang” ?? This is a night shot about some Ma-la-tang stall-keeper on the street. What is Ma-la-tang?? Urrr….bit hard to explain, but for me, its kind of close relatives of the Hotpot, just bit poor….
Maybe for you, its bit dirty to eat food in such places, but for the local normal Chinese, that is just normal life.
