Archive for Qibao town in shanghai
People on the street I met in Qibao…they sold some Chinese style thinner pancake. We were interested in their tools and way to make it. So, gathering there..and taking photos. They are so nice, smile all the time , and even asked us “do we need to turn a little bit more to let you see the tools clearly??”….so nice!
Wish you have a smile weekend.

Do you like this colorful view??
haha…this is a kind of snack in the street. People string different types of candied fruits together. (Original photo cropped in square frame. I like the effect of the famous camera Hasselbald… )

Qibao again,
there is an old street (called “nan da jie” = southern street )which is full of people almost everyday. If you want to take some photos without anyone inside, that is IMpossible. These girls looked like good friends, see?? They are in red and happy~~

Taken in Qibao, where can be easily seen this “dismantling” views. People in China seem like to see the newer buildings. I agree to improve the living standards, but why we have to tear down all those nice old houses? We can rebuild them, to save the “history” and “energy sources” as well.

It is not difficult to find such kind of an alley in the bit old streets in shanghai. I prefer this kind of alley, not those skyscapers in the city. Sometimes it looks very mysterious, sometimes faint into the light. But this one is really colorful and still looks so ” life-style”.
Hope your weekend is colorful as this normal alley~~
