Crowded waiting room, and people were tired to wait for the trains for a long time on the super long line. So lucky he was that he could lie down and dream his sweet home. A view in the Shanghai railway station just the day before the Chinese new year Eve.

Hm… yes, it is not a shopping mall, its the Shanghai Railway Station inside view. I just brought the film camera with me when I was on the way to Nanjing and low light there. So this photo looks quite dark! But I’d like to show you it. Maybe for some of the foriegn travellors, they might think the train may not the safe way to go around China. Well, sometimes it is not very safe even for us, but it is part of the normal Chinese people’s life. I’d like to suggest to take the train for at least once to experience the real Chinese life, and to meet the real live Chinese people. Have a great Friday!

Street booth where you could buy food but I am not sure about its quality. but its cheaper. So some taxi drivers or migrant workers are easy to be seen there. Pretty typical summer street scene in the poor streets in Shanghai. Wu zhen road locates nearby the Shanghai railway station, I just discovered it after long life in this city. Hope you like it.

Have you been to the Shanghai railway station? It is a messy place all the time in my mind. For me, its the place I have to go when I go out of shanghai, for to take the train is our normal way to travel around the country. And this is a corner view of the railway station.
