Taken @ Lujia zui, shanghai

Sorry, my dear friends…. :D Because we had the dragon boat festival, I visited Nanjing again with my good friends. Sorry, I was so happy and forgot to upload new photos… Hope you do not mind, and will enjoy the photos with me together.  :D

Today is another shot from the Lujia zui area in Pudong, another angle, and you can see how many skyscapers there. :P and maybe you will enjoy the view if you are like Mr. Rolex who likes the modern views. hehe …I remembered 3 years ago when I used my first camera to take photos for the Shanghai DP, there were only 5 skyscapers along the Huangpu river on the east, including the Oriental Pearl Tower, but now… What  a BIG change!! And so obviously the city is developing fast !!

Hope you will have a nice Sunday.. and I will update tomorrow, if you do not mind, maybe some photos from my trip? :P haha…take care!!!

Camera: Holga; Film: Lucky 120

Maybe you can recognize this street if you already visited shanghai. :) Its on the Fuzhou road and that corner is very easy to remember because the 4 buildings on the corner are all Art-Deco style old buildings, which could easily give you the feeling that thats the old shanghai. And this photo and the photo of yesterday are all from the same roll. I like this one, the angle and also the bit blurring feeling. Hope you have a colorful new week !!

April 13, 2009 - Reflection of the Real

Taken @ some small lane nearby Suzhou Creek, shanghai

The real street scene is hiding in those old houses. If you dont step forward you cant see the real civilians. I like to see it even sometimes when you are being refused to take the photos there. But I still want to show it in my way. :P Wish you have a real better week ~ :)

The Chinese charater in the photo “节“ (jie)originally means the ”knot/joint“ of the bamboos, but here it means “economy / thrift”. The water is the precious resource on our planet. Please do not waste it!

Taken @ Tai kang road, shanghai

She was working there as the construction worker. And that was a narrow alley there, people were passing by. But she just concentrated on her job.  And with that background I found she looked so beautiful ~ :) Wish you have a better new week ~
