I took this photo after my lunch one day. It looked bit funny view as I saw those migrant workers lying on the lawn to take the nap. They reminded me that when I was a child, mom forced me to take a nap after lunch. But it was long time ago. To live & work in the city like Shanghai, I seldom hear people who would take time to have a nap after lunch, the nine-to-five life steps fences people’s life. Though the migrant workers are the part of the city already, but they still keep their life style: get up early, take a nap, and sleep before 10pm. Maybe when they left home to work in the cities, they already knew that they are the “migrant” workers. Nice day ~

April 16, 2009 - The Tree

Yesterday Nathan asked me that who took the photos here? Its ME! hehe ~ Since 3 years ago, I started this blog, I tried my best to upload the photos I took in Shanghai or some cities I visited. Only when I saw the very nice photos from people and after I get the permission, I chose very few to use. And I will wrtie down the infomation that who is the photographer. If I didnt say it, that means I took the photos with my cameras.

Today this photo is taken by a film camera — Olympus XA, the film I used is Fuji400 color. Even it is bit expensive to use the film camera to take photos, I still like its beautiful results. So I have Holga, Olympus μ1,and sometimes will borrow friends’ to take a trial.

Since  less than 1 year the Shanghai 2010 Expo will be here, the government grabs the time to clean the city and tries to plant more to build the city greener. Its good to enjoy the more beautiful city like this. Its a tree in a public park.

Sping is here, sping is here ~ hehe ~~ For us the tomb sweeping day was gone,and for the western the Easter was gone. And that might mean that we need start to welcome the summer? The nice temperature always reminds me the nicer season, and I often feel that my heart sneaks out of the office before I realized. So enjoy the beautiful days and nature please!!!
